    The room was neat and well-appointed and I enjoyed the Renaissance-style building. The pool area was great and the location was good and incredible, not far from the expo, Pudong airport, and malls and restaurant. It also was to nearby subway stations.

    Could use better maintenance on the furniture and amenities!!! Iron kept breaking down and closet lacked hangers!!! A bathrobe would have been nice!!! It's the little things that matter!!!

    It would be helpful if the staff responsible for the taxis could speak a little English. Apart from that all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the air condition in the room was so loud that you had to switch it off during the night.
